In this episode, we discuss Ghostbusters Afterlife and Ghostbusters Frozen Empire. Why? Because Dad and Yani enjoyed them and wanted to talk about them. Aurie did not so she sat this one out. A discussion about the real meaning of “Good/Bad Movies” happens. Dad is also rusty at this podcasting thing and Yani points it out. Yani gives an impressive and detailed analysis of which movie she likes the most. Dad also goes on a zombie, Hunger Games, and Star Ware tangent for reasons but somehow, he ties it back to the topic at hand. It feels good to be back….”casting makes us feel good…”.

Stuff About The Disney Wish (the cruise ship, not the movie) | Episode 36
Monday Feb 12, 2024
Monday Feb 12, 2024
We know, it's been a while, but we would've released this episode sooner 😅. However, the audio was bad, so we bought a new mic 🎤 and recorded it again. The good thing is the initial recording was so long that we would have had to split it into 2 parts, but we put this one together in a reasonable amount of time so it will be just 1 episode 🎉.
Now that we got that out of the way, this episode is all about our December vacation on the Disney Wish, Mickey’s newest ship. Shoutout to our travel agent and Mom’s friend Linzi Felan for booking our trip. Check her out on Instagram @linzi_destinationstoexplore and Facebook @Destinations to Explore with Linzi!
In this episode we talk about:
Our first-ever cruise experience 🌊
Aurie's negotiation for early exams on the day we flew to Florida 📚
Attempted to use Holiday Parties at Disney World for shorter lines 🎢
Rain foiled plans at Hollywood Studios; saw Cirque De Soleil at Disney Springs instead 🎪
Managed to enjoy short lines for rides at Magic Kingdom's Holiday Party the next day 🎠
We even managed to get a boarding group for Tron 🏍️, the newest ride at Magic Kingdom 🏰
Aurie was getting motion sickness on the ship 😵
The food was great; Dad and Mom ate pizza with grapes on it🍽️
Dad liked trivia, Mom liked the décor, and the girls liked the teen club, Vibe 🤓
Spiderman called Mom Pretty Young Thing at dinner the first night 😄
The girls wandered around the ship freely 🚢
Watched some movies at the theaters 🎬🍿🎦
Played some bingo and won exactly nothing 😅🎱
We made some crew friends and Yani made friends with other teens at Vibe. Aurie did not. 🤷🏿♀️
Shoutout to all the crew members, including our state room attendant, servers, and store attendants for taking care of us with exceptional service! 🌟

Hey yall! Be on the lookout for a new episode dropping February 12th where we talk about our December 2023 vacation!
In the spirit of that new episode, here's a throwback to our travel shenanigans from December 2022. Let's just say our December 2023 travel was better...
In this episode, we talk about our traveling adventures during the holidays. Yes, we got wrapped up in the travel woes from that one airline that shall remain nameless (but yall know who we mean). Let’s just say our travel experience included multiple flights cancelled, standing in lines, multiple rental cars, driving over around 1200 miles in a 2-day span, and Disney World. Not to mention, this was a trip with Dad’s parents and brother, so we were incentivized to try and make the most of the trip. We also discuss Aurie’s version of the Seven Dwarfs for some reason, both girls talk about their tired eyes that played tricks on them on the late-night drive from Palm Beach to Disney World, and at the 14:38 mark, the girls lament on how it feels like we had been recording longer.
Shout out to United Airlines for getting 4 tired people to the happiest place on Earth in a clutch. Also, shout out to Enterprise Car Rental. We used yall more in a week than we ever had previously, but yall were there when we needed you.

Stuff About The Hollywood Strikes | Episode 34 | Season 3
Monday Oct 16, 2023
Monday Oct 16, 2023
Disclaimer: We are not members of SAG-AFTRA or the WGA. We just some regular people that like to talk about stuff so if we get something incorrect, our bad.
Spoiler Alert: The girls talk about Tlou.
In this episode, we talk about the Hollywood Strikes. The WGA strike is over, but the SAG AFTRA strike lingers on, so we rant about it. We provide some facts, and some opinions. We even totally contradict ourselves halfway into the episode because we wanted to be extra cautious. But turns out, its ok to mention the names of struck work, just not cool to review, big up, or otherwise promote struck work. So, most of the episode, we don’t mention names of struck work but later we do…yall, just listen and you’ll see what I mean.
Dad, as he does, goes down memory lane and Aurie, as she does, tries to call him old. But the turntables…uh…turn because Mom, whom we love, was pregnant with Aurie so she can’t really say Dad is old in this case.
Ur internet mom ash (@urinternetmomash) and Kurt Yue (@ActingCareerCenter) helped us get our facts together.
Also, Aurie uses bread to make a surprisingly well thought out analogy about the strike. She was hungry…

Stuff About Moving Reloaded | Bonus Episode
Wednesday Sep 06, 2023
Wednesday Sep 06, 2023
Yall...we have been extremely busy with school starting and other family activities. We'll be back soon with new Stuff but to celebrate a year in our new construction home, here's a deep cut on our episode about moving...
Spoiler Alert: There is some discussion about Stranger Things 4…if you haven’t seen it, watch it before listening to this.
We move…a lot. Like, a lot a lot. In fact, we just moved again in 2022 into what we now can wholeheartedly say is our Forever Home. But there is a story to tell on how we got here, so in this episode, Dad tells a looooong story that goes back to 2012…no, 2007. Fortunately, it is pertinent exposition to the episode so please don’t get mad because he talks for a while. Nonetheless, we move so much that we refer to previous houses as “old house, old old house, old old old house, and old old old old house. There was even a 4-month stint in a great (but small) apartment (and a hotel for a week) between houses in 2018 due to building delays.
Plus, the girls talk about their adventures with food during this last move, but let it be known that they ate EVERY SINGLE DAY.
Shout out to M&M Home Solutions for being the dopest contractors and working with us on projects across 3 houses now and will do more work in this one.
And shoutout Highland Homes who built this beautiful new home. Special thanks to Thea Harrison, Patti Conlin, Ryan Rodriguez, and Tanner Sorenson. We appreciate them for getting us in this beautiful home.

(Even More) Stuff About Scream | Episode 32 | Season 3
Monday Jul 31, 2023
Monday Jul 31, 2023
DISCLAIMER: This episode was recorded earlier in the summer so some real-world references may be a little outdated...
SPOILER ALERT: We discuss the Scream franchise...
In this episode, we round out our series on the Scream franchise and discuss the last 2 installments. Aurie thought Scream 6 was just mid because it did not have Neve Campbell, among other reasons that she lays out during the episode, but Dad and Yani think it's one of the best of the series.
Plus, Aurie presents the Flannel Theory, the idea that every Ghostface wears flannel at some point. Somehow, the girls insert commentary about In the Heights, specifically about Melissa Barrera (Sam from Scream 5 & 6) and how they were not fans of her in that movie, but really like her in the Scream movies. Aurie also feels the same way about Sheriff Judy as she does about the whole show Loki (go back and listen to that episode for her scathing opinion). And we have a quick discussion about how Woodsboro Hospital is poorly managed.
Shoutout to the Dead Meat YouTube Channel and their infamous Kill Counts. We're big fans...especially Yani.
